Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act
The Virginia Grahaem Baker Law The V.G.B. Pool & Spa Safety Act now requires EVERY public or commercial pool to have new VGB 2008 certified Anti-Entrapment covers on EVERY Main Drain and EVERY submerged suction pipe. Apartment Complexs, Colleges, Educational Institutions, Water Theme parks and Hotels/Motels, Municipal pools, Gyms, Private Day camps are REQUIRED to upgrade to an anti entrapment cover. In addition, a second layer of protection may have to be installed if your pool has a single main drain. All submerged suctions outlets, including equalizer lines and wall suction outlets must and main drains MUST have a approved anti entrapment cover installed.
I can install these covers entirely underwater. We have the capability to cement, cut, saw, and drill underwater. Your pool will remain open during the upgrade. I perform full service installation. Please contact me for details.
