We offer a host of services to help find and repair your Swimming Pool Leak..

My service includes inspection of the entire pool. First, the equipment pad is inspected  initially for any visible signs of leaks such as the hair-lint basket, pump, heater, filtration system, and valves. The skimmers and skimmers throats are also inspected and tested. Then,  I will scuba dive your pool and check the physical structure of the pool for leaks. This includes the  stairs, screws, gaskets, returns, lights, bottom drains, hydrostatic valves and liner seams are inspected entirely underwater. Finally, a water or air compression test of your underground plumbing lines is performed to determine if they are leaking. Your pool plumbing is a complex array of various pipes that keep your pool water clean. Leaks in plumbing lines can be found with a listening device to determine their location underground.

We use high quality materials to repair your pool. Your leak is repaired with color matched epoxy cement or if your pool is vinyl lined, I will match your liner to the colors and patterns I have in stock. You will not see the repair!

Leak Detection

Pricing is based on In-season rates. In-season is from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Out of season has an added charge of $75 for the additional dive gear needed and the limited number of pools that can be serviced because of colder water.

Pool water must be clear and the bottom must be vacuumed in order to locate and repair your leak. Pools will not be serviced if water is cloudy or discolored. These conditions make detecting your leak difficult, possibly resulting in another service call.

Should a diver travel to a location and not be able to dive the pool because it was not ready, i.e. dirty, low water or no entry available, a service fee of $75 will be charged. A follow up visit would be charged at the normal rate. Please have your pool ready the day I schedule your service. If you send me to a pool that is NOT FULL, NOT CLEAR, BOTTOM DIRTY, or COVERED, I will do the best that I can but there is NO GUARANTEE OF SUCCESS. More than one visit might be needed (and will be billed for) if a pool that is not open, clean & full requires more than one visit.
